For the last 10 years, the South Bank Community Chest has provided grants of between £1,000 and £10,000 to help support community and voluntary groups to develop their organisation and their activities.
Applications are welcomed from South Bank and Waterloo community groups developing projects which respond to local needs. London Eye/VMG will fund community led initiatives which meet one or more of the following objectives – Social, Environmental, Regeneration, Education & Training and initiatives fairly and reasonably related to the London Eye site. Beneficiary needs to be residents of Bishop’s ward.
The next round will be announced around Summer 2018.
The South Bank community chest is fully funded by the London Eye revenue S106.
